I come to this work because I’ve lived it. There were years I didn’t feel seen or heard — always
the one holding it together, quietly craving space to fall apart. Healing, for me, began when I
stopped trying to fix myself and started learning how to listen.
I’m still healing. To me, that means showing up through fear, awkwardness, and joy —

I’m still healing. To me, that means showing up through fear, awkwardness, and joy — doing the
brave thing even when my voice shakes. My life’s work is about making space for that kind of
honesty in others, too.
And if our liberation is truly interconnected — (inhale) if the personal work of deepening self-awareness,
softening into self-love, and mastering the inner alchemy of turning y/our shit into gold expands our
collective capacity to hold and consciously evolve with it all (exhale)— then this becomes my devotion.
My delightful duty. To keep engaging in the personal, the professional, and the collective as one living practice.
I grew up between cultures, languages, and expectations. As a queer Iranian-Canadian woman,
I’ve learned a lot about belonging, invisibility, and finding home inside myself. My background in
psychology, community building, and the healing arts comes with a deep love for real
conversation — the kind that changes how you see yourself.
Outside of sessions, you’ll find me dancing by the lake, facilitating multigenerational community
circles, or making flower bouquets barefoot. These are my teachers as much as any book or degree.
I work at the meeting point of psychology, spirituality, and the body — where what’s personal
meets what’s collective. My path has been shaped by depth psychology, Jungian and
transpersonal studies, somatic awareness, and indigenous and earth-based wisdom traditions.
I draw equally from academic rigor and intuitive knowing — from years of study in counselling
psychology and from seasons spent tending land, weaving community, and learning from elders and elements.
My intention is simple: to dance this dance with you as you re-remember who you are, not the
“better” version, just the realest one your 5 year old self would approve of.
